DESCRIPTION:At the core of successful business\, including shipping\, lies the fundamental question: What do customers truly? Customer relationships within supply chains are facing various turmoil and changes with increasing complexity. \nBusinesses across industries search for new combinations for delivering value by offering holistic solutions rather than products only. Facing pressure for impactful actions\, decarbonization is on every actor’s agenda\, while digitalization initiatives strive for optimization\, transparency and resilience. \nCollaboration for implementation is what matters. How do actors develop processes based on data? How to find the right partners and lead different ecosystems for shared value?
