Hägg siirtyy tehtävään Wärtsilän Ship Design liiketoiminnan vetäjän paikalta ja edustaa näin merkittävää laiva-alan osaamista ja strategista näkemystä. Hän johtaa myös OneSea automisen laivan kehityshankkeen ohjausryhmää. Näin Hägg uudessa tehtävässään vahvistaa merkittävästi Steerpropin kykyä kehittyä kohti tulevaisuuden markkinoiden haasteita.

Riku-Pekka Hägg is a well-known maritime technology strategist and thought leader internationally. He has been a strong advocate for safe, efficient and sustainable shipping in his role at Wärtsilä as well as in his role as Chairman of the Management Board at the ONE SEA alliance, an organization that is leading the way toward an autonomous maritime ecosystem by 2025.
